Dynamic Range
One of the obstacles experienced in photographing the
amateur photographer is limited dynamic range of a sensor. They always have a
condition with high contrast resulting picture looks too dark or too bright.
This is because the sensor in the camera does have disadvantages when compared
to the human eye sensitivity to feel the difference in capturing light.
Moreover, many amateur photographers who want the images to have the same
conditions as the original.
To overcome this
amateur photographer
to maximize the high dynamic range (HDR). Photos with HDR is not always
required. When photographing an object that has a neutral lighting and camera
capable of capturing all of the light from the dark areas of a photo with well
of course it is very fun. However, we will feel difficulty when doing a photo shoot
during the day that make the most of the light from the sky come recorded in
photographs. At this time we need HDR.
The use of HDR will be more effective when shooting
outdoors, landscape, daytime and involve elements of a bright sky. The working
principle is the HDR technique to overcome the limitations of the sensor by
taking some photos of different exposures (generally three photo with normal
exposure, under and over) and then combined into a single photo on the
computer, use the program Photoshop.
