Dust or dirt in the top
DSLR camera would be difficult for us to do a photo shoot. Moreover, when the
dirt attached to the lens that prevents us to see clearly and focus on the
object to be photographed. Some dirt is often attached to the lens like the
dust of the road when we are using the camera on the way to splash water when
we use the camera in the rain. The impurities may also affect besides
disturbing the images to the durability of the camera itself.
To avoid the
accumulation of excessive dirt photographers should do regularly cleaning the
lens. Better yet, when the photographers clean the camera after using it
outdoors. Lens cleaning routine can be done by yourself using some equipment.
If we have enough time, the cleaning can be done at home or together with
fellow photographers.
Some of the supplies
required in fairly simple lens cleaning such as cotton, lens cleaner, lens
cloth, lens brush and blower.
The photographer can
start with a clean dust or dirt contained in the outermost lens. To do that
simply by wetting a cotton swab with lens cleaning fluid. When there is a strong
enough dirt stuck in the outer portion, you should use a lot more fluid. After
that we can dry the outer portion with a dry cotton cloth or lens can also.
If there is dirt on
the mirror lenses should be cleaned with great care. It affects the quality of
the resulting image. Mirror lenses are not too dirty should be cleaned with a
blower. However, if there is enough dirt cleaned with a lens cloth. Do not wet the
fabric with any liquid lens. Also do not also touch the lens directly with our
hand mirror. That would leave patches finger in the mirror lenses. Just use
gloves or coat your fingers with a dry cloth. Photographers also have to avoid
places that are too wet when cleaning the mirror lens.
When the mirror
lenses need cleaning thoroughly, we should give the job to someone who is more
experienced. This is to avoid damage to the lens when cleaning mirror. When you
want to give it a light cleaning do not use high-pressure compressed air, it
will damage the silver lining on the mirror lenses.
For the photographer
who has a top DSLR camera with a 35mm lens, you should use a light clean with a
small brush on a piece that has dust.
